Health & wellness have always been important to me. I was brought up being taught how to read nutrition labels, exercise by doing things I could do, and taking care of what I had to work with. When you’re whole health is compromised, it’s darn important to cling to what you do have and strive to improve it. It’s a perspective I’ve applied in many areas of my life. Strange how obstacles can be such a good teacher.~trvw
