Many driven athletes hate resting. Some folks would love to have motivation like this. However, the discipline to relax is more of a challenge for some and it’s certainly necessary. Rest, slower workouts, and simply a slower pace in everyday life is part of the strengthening process. If you need to do it, you’re not alone.
