Don’t Ask If Someone Needs Help

Actions, and unspoken words, can scream loud and be very effective. Knowing when to use the power of action over the spoken word requires us to listen to our heart and use our intuition. An example that comes to mind is this: You’re walking along having a conversation with a co-worker. You both approach a door and they are struggling to carry everything. It’s obvious they are in need of assistance. Reach over open the door, continue the chat. Your action, and omission of vocally stating what they needed, just made a lasting impression that communicated how much you care. ~trvw
